I agreed in the mini meeting to join and turns out I am already a member, just silent. I think this is my 1st post here. Right now, I am in PT 3x’s a week for a knee implant. In addition, I do a series of exercises at home recommended by the PT followed by 15 minutes on the recumbent bike or a walk outside, weather permitting. What works for me is to do the exercises at the same time each day, whenever possible. Most days are 10:00 and 3:00.
