New Week, here we go! Monday: Early morning Disney visit. Home before noon! Five miles walked for the day. πΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈ Tuesday: *HIIT *TUT Strength workout *Unintentionally got in a little mall walking this morning. Thought it opened at 10am but it actually didnβt open until 11amβ¦ π€·ββοΈ *Quick one mile after-dinner walk β Wednesday: *Walking warmup intervals of quick walking & stretching (12 min) *Jog/walk interval workout (14 min) *Balance & light weight workout (14 min) *Planning to get out and walk today. Weather is supposed to cool down! π *Turned out to be a good walking day! 7.5 miles!πΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈ Thursday: *HIIT *TUT Strength workout *Planned after-dinner walk β Friday: *Today was βGet all the things done around the house before the weekend Day!β *Snuck in 2 good long walks in between all the other stuff - 1 outside in the beautiful sunshine & 1 on the treadmill after dinner. Saturday: *1 mile walking video w/intervals of jog/walk. *Light strength workouts for arms & legs and some core work *Afternoon/evening Disney walking πΆββοΈπΆββοΈπΆββοΈ Sunday: *HIIT *TUT Strength *Planned after-dinner walk
