I’ve started being stricter on a keto diet than ever before & exercising (weights &/or cardio) every day, & it seems my blood glucose is higher. I decided to do some fasting to see if that helped & after fasting for 34 hours, my glucose is 120. Yesterday after fasting for 14 hours it was 131 Then it was 111 a couple hours later. Literally no food at all. I’d really like to know what’s going on… I don’t have diabetes or anything & normally my glucose is closer to 90, but I do have a lot of pounds to lose. Now since doing Keto & exercising, it seems to be higher.
