On this day 8 years ago my older brother Kevin passed away with a heart attack. It devastated my mom and dad and I didn’t want to be the next. I didn’t start eight years ago but it finally hit me a couple of years back but just recently, I started my journey to make sure it wouldn’t happen to me. I might be a little late but I’m here trying.
