It was 39° out this morning, so I popped on my jacket. Last time I put on this jacket was about the same time I started doing resistance bands at home in April (Sunday is my five month bandiversary for upper body bands). Thank you to each and every one of you for your love and support, your cheers, your kindness, your attagirls! It helps so much!! I put on my jacket and thought … “What is this sorcery?” It fit differently, in a good way. The scale doesn’t always tell the tale. In fact, often it doesn’t tell the best tale. These moments … these non-scale victories … mean the world to me. You are worthy. You are worth it. #nevergivingup
