On my keto journey, I started at 278 I’m sure I weighed a few more pounds then that just wasn’t recorded but anyway I’m 182 today. It’s been right over a year. Through all the stuff I’ve tried this is my main meal at work daily 3 eggs and some type of meat well today it’s smoked pork loin and my go to snacks. I’ve tried a lot of different things but this is what works for me. Have a Great Day😊
