Here we go, another week of accountability! Monday: *HIIT workout *TUT Strength Training *Walked a mile after dinner Tuesday: *Cardio/Strength/Balance video *15 min of alternating 30 sec jog/walk intervals *Mile walk before the meeting started *Planned after-dinner walk on treadmill βœ… Wednesday: *HIIT workout *TUT Strength workout *Getting a few extra steps in after lunch today for #STEPtember . I’m typically a podcast listener when I walk but I wanted something different so today it was just me and Blake Shelton that went a-walkin’. Fit the bill perfectly, just what I needed! 🎢🎀 *Planned after-dinner walk, probably on the treadmill βœ… Thursday: *Walking was the chosen exercise of the day. Most outside, a bit inside on the treadmill. All told equally about 6 miles. πŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈπŸšΆβ€β™€οΈ Friday: *HIIT *TUT Strength workout *Planned walk after dinner βœ… Saturday: Was a planned OFF day BUT I ended up closing all my watch rings & met my Oura goals to include a mile & a half walk. Not a complete day off, more like a light day! πŸ‘ Sunday: Spent my day meal prepping a compliant lasagna & a compliant enchilada casserole for the upcoming week so planned for a day off exercise. Closed my Move & Stand watch rings and ended up with an after dinner walk but not long enough to close that darn Exercise ring.. πŸ€·β€β™€οΈ
