Celebrating 10 days on track with food and “a little more walking each day.” Sometimes that little more is 10 steps but it’s still a little more. I’m celebrating what I can control (my effort) and not focusing on what I can’t (the outcome). I was reminded of this philosophy in a Food Junkies podcast interview with Rob Cywes. Yes, I binged on a dozen or so podcasts over the long holiday and yes, I feel back in the groove! Next milestone is 2 weeks, then hang in there and 30 days will be around the corner. Thank you all for your encouraging words and for hanging in there even when it’s hard!
