Did my meal prep a day early so I don’t have excuses to eat out “because there’s nothing good” or “because it’s Saturday” or “because it’s a long weekend.” Made steak fingers, burgers, taco meat, sausage, polish sausage, eggs, cucumbers, and chocolate mousse. Also did some cabinet and pantry organizing. Now I’m exhausted, as is my helper. Whew. Feels like we accomplished a lot!
