Sweaty Saturday Selfie check in! 10k steps in one go on the treadmill this morning (5 miles done!). It was 42°F outside this morning and 57°F downstairs where the office is. I had the office door closed while on the treadmill walk/jogging and fogged up the windows!! Lol!! Not turning on the heat for the season until later this month, so I will just create my own heat. Lol 😂 🥶🥵
