Another week, more movement accountability! Monday: Impromptu mall walk while I was waiting for my daughter to finish an appointment she had. Wasnβt fast cuz I wore my flip flops (duh π€¦ββοΈ) or particularly long but at least I was moving rather than sitting in the massage chairs so I considered it a WIN. This mall has a bunch of staircases in addition to the escalators so whenever I came across a set of stairs Iβd go up or down depending on which floor I was on. I posted the map my Oura ring recorded cuz it made me chuckle. βΊοΈ Tuesday: 2 - 15 min HIIT workouts TUT Strength Training 10 min after dinner walk Wednesday: 10 min step warmup video w/ intervals HIIT workout video Strength -modified push-ups (against my dresser but w/feet further back..π³ yowza) -deadlift squats (10 lbs) -upright rows (10 lbs) -Arnold bicep curls (6 lbs, did 30, need to increase weight) *Planned walk after dinner β Thursday: HIIT workout Mixed cardio & strength (bands) workout *Planned walk after dinner β Friday: Halloween Launch at the Mouseβs House! ππ°πππ°πππ°πππ°πππ°π Planning a long day filled with lots of steps, walks, fun & fireworks! You will be missed! π Sunday: DAY.OF.REST Gonna spend the day visiting my 85 year old sister-in-law (my oldest brother was 16 years older than me.)
