Here a side by side comparison of my keto journey, I use to tip the scales over 270 lbs and that’s me today at 185. It was all done by changing my eating habits and trust me being a Cajun fella I use to eat some good fried fish, fried shrimp, gumbo, crawfish étouffée, oyster Poboy’s, shrimp Po boys and don’t forget about the Himalayan soup you find a “him-a-lay-in”in the road dead you pick him up and go home and make a soup with him🤣 no just clown around but I use to eat good. Not that I don’t eat good now just very little to no carbs. Now not a day in the gym and not a mile on them shoes just eating differently. I did ride my bike a time or two but nothing to make a big difference. Thanks to Dr. Tro , Dr. Laura and Brian for keeping my on the right path to a healthier life style. Still have a few more pounds to lose but I’m feeling great. I went from a 7.2 A1C to a 5.5 A1C in the last few months. There was a time I had a 8.6 A1C and that will never happen again.
