Weekly Accountability (for myself) Monday- 2 different HIIT workouts (45 min total) Incorporated in 4 sets of 15 “dresser push-ups” & dead lift squats (10 lb dumbbells) Very impromptu Disney trip with friends. Arrived at 5:30pm in time for dinner & a few miles of walking! Tuesday- No organized workouts but did close all my movement rings & after 12,000 trips to Home Depot & Lowe’s I actually ended the day with over 10,000 steps. Not bad for not leaving my house except for those trips! Today was appliance delivery & install day. New fridge, new stove & then just for s*^ts & giggles we decided we’d (meaning my daughter, her hubby & I) would replace our sink & faucet set up too! 🤦♀️ On the up side it all looks great! Wednesday- HIIT workout TUT Strength training Deadlift squats & modified pushups (4 sets of 15 each) Thursday- A little strength work & some outdoor walking. Friday- HIIT workout TUT strength training w/added squats & modified pushups Planned after dinner walk TGIF! 😎 Saturday- Kept it light today with a 2 mile walk with some intervals of 30 second jogs thrown in. Sunday- Another meet-some-vacationing-peeps-at-the-Mouse’s-house day! Not til LATE afternoon though. It’s tooooo hot here for that nonsense! I’m sure there’ll be some good walks & steps involved! ❤️
