I found a good use for potatoes! Use it along with kosher salt to clean cast iron. Normally I don't have potatoes in the pantry, but there are a few still hanging around from the holidays. Still learning how to keep cast iron pans, getting a sticky build-up so looked up using kosher salt and found this article.
