Still doing fitness class with instructor on Wednesdays and Thursdays, she doesn't break for the summer. She is 62 and competing in a weightlifting competition in 2 weeks. Tonight was a killer class, there was 10 of us, we all had to do 10 squats in front of a mirror so we could check our form, when it wasn't your turn you still did the 10 squats. So yeah 100 squats, was the beginning of the leg work.... There was a bit of upper body work with weights of course. She checks to see what weights we are using and will adjust accordingly. I was handed 12lbs for triceps, apparently 10 wasn't enough, I managed... @Vic Basmadjian @Amy Eiges @Brian Wiley @Alice Smith I never thought I could enjoy exercising, but this group of ladies with an awesome instructor has been what I needed. I have a goal of "getting up from sitting on the ground without using my hands" Not sure of timeline yet, will figure that out soon.
