Here we go with another movement filled week! #hustleforthatmuscle 😂😂😂(Love it, Carrie!) Monday- Couple of 15 min HIIT videos, a TUT strength training video & a nice after dinner walk. Tuesday- Short boxing video to warm up, HIIT workout, 3 rounds of 10 “dresser” push-ups & 10 deadlift squats w/10 lb dumbbells. Also an after dinner walk while I chatted with my twin brother! Wednesday- It’ll be a Disney afternoon/evening today so steps & walking will be my movement for the day! And probably sweating…it’s 🥵 out there today! Thursday- No “recorded” workouts BUT I did close my Move & Stand rings on my Apple Watch & met my Activity goals on my Oura ring so it wasn’t a total lost opportunity. Friday- HIIT & TUT Strength workout this morning. Hustlin’ for that muscle! 😉 Planning an after dinner walk of some kind too. ✅ Saturday- Got a good treadmill walk on while I was watching HighfalutinLowCarb. He mostly does comparisons of recipes. He’s a hoot just to watch & listen to. One memorable comment I remember referring to the frustration of peeling hard boiled eggs (he was making Maria’s hb egg chocolate pudding) was “makes you wanna run around the yard naked and yell at the dog .” He’s a funny guy but then maybe it’s just my sense of humor… 🤷♀️ Sunday- Not sure yet. I’ll update later if something materializes. Right now I’m very “busy” drinking coffee and following Hurricane Hilary (now officially a tropical storm) as it makes landfall here in Southern California. Absolute craziness to imagine but I’m just rolling with it! Actual quote from one of our local news channels this morning…”Don’t drown.” 😳🤦♀️ We’re pretty ok at dealing with wildfires, but I think the jury is still out on hurricanes/tropical storms! 😬🧐 https://youtube.com/@HighfalutinLowCarb
