Well I am back to working out, I have a “mild” rotator cuff tear, according to X-rays taken last week. I modified my workout this evening. I toned down my punching strength and focused on technique. Did box and burn and core workout and was still able to maintain some good intensity. Happy with workout, some soreness but tolerable.
