Last Thursday I needed a breakfast burrito to keep me from getting sick on my flight. Ok it was calculated not impulse, i was ok with it.. Snack was beef Jerry. Was back in ketosis by Saturday. I'll take it. Now back into the teaching swing. Brought chicken salad and beef sticks. So easy to want snacks during all day meetings.
