Happy Sunday, everyone! Want to share something I learned about myself this week: When it comes to squats, I learned that if I sit in the chair, scoot to the edge, set my legs/knees to the correct position, then start the motion going up (instead of starting standing and going down), I focus more on driving my heels into the ground … for every single squat. Sometimes it is just the smallest changes that can make such a big impact. I am in awe of the difference it has made for me.
