End of week round-up: Crushed it and showing all checkmarks! Mowed the lawn after doing lower-body bands this morning and decided that not only does mowing count … so does daisy chaining the super long extension cord back up (shoulder and forearm burn) and fireman hose pulling the heavy hose around the back yard to get it off the lawn (back and shoulders 👏😂). “Daisy chain delights” “Hose pull poopers” New names. Just came up with them. 🥵😂🏋️‍♂️
