So glad to see and hear everyone today on mini! ❤️❤️❤️ Today on mini-group, we chatted about how to bust through being in a “routine rut.” I didn’t write down all of the ideas, so please help me out with what I missed: - Avoid watching the news - Get some new tunes and put your playlist on shuffle - Mix up the order of your exercises - Try new/different exercises working the same muscle groups - Find a podcast highlighting “The Housewives of (pick the city)” … or fave podcast - Make it into a game (can watch ABC show after you are done as an example) I am sure I missed some. Even if you were not on the call, feel free to add ideas! For me, shuffling my playlist helped so much … and checking out the “suggested songs” shown on my playlist. Broke up the repetition, especially while I was walking. #exerciseformentalhealth #routinerut
