Finally back home after a couple of weeks plus away. Love to travel, love to visit with my fam but I found myself having trouble keeping up with posting on this app & attending the meetings. I’m not sure I realized exactly how much I benefit from that until I wasn’t able to join in whenever I wanted! Food was fine & on plan and I managed to keep the movement going in one fashion or another most days. I just really missed connecting with this tribe! Happy to be back and it felt good to attend the Tuesday meeting today. Went to the store this morning to pick up some fresh veggies & eggs and ran into this little deal. Ground lamb, on clearance for $3.48 a pound with a $2.00 sticker off that price = $1.48 ea. I bought the 4 they had left! Win! 🐑🍔❤️
