So proud of myself!! I learned how to do a reverse sear ribeye on the smoker this afternoon!! I smoked two, so plenty of protein ready for tomorrow. We have two more in the freezer, so think I’ll treat hubs to one when he comes home on Sunday. So, so, so proud of this!! I can do it!! #neverstoplearning
