Started week 19 of Bootcamp. This morning’s sunrise was spectacular! Tripped over a stick on my run this morning and face planted on the boulevard… road rash on my left forearm, a busted knee, and a chunk out of my right hand. 🫣 Not how I planned on starting my day for sure. Going to be sore tomorrow but thankfully it wasn’t worse. Back at it in the AM. 🏃🏻‍♀️🔥🥰
