Last week I re-injured my left rotator cuff and could not move my arm for a few days. I also have a recurrence of L4-L5 issues which then produces sciatic nerve pain on my left side. I have made my appointment with my spine and neurosurgeon doctor but that is not until late October. I decided to get back to the gym this evening and will modify my workout where necessary so as not to injure myself any further. I have the need and desire to be active. So Monday workout is complete. I did box and burn and core workout.
