I’m ending my 96 to 100 Hr Fast toda!!! 🤗💪🏽. So before I left for my 2 Hr Hill Hike this morning, I put these Chicken Breast in my Countertop Wolf Oven at 335’. They were seasoned & bagged last night so I just put them on Parchment Paper on a Cookie Sheet. They were perfect😋 when I returned home. I’m making a Gravy from the deliciousness known as “drippings “ that will be thickened with a bit of Glucomannan powder or Xanthan Gum & serving with Egg White Protein based Roll. My 2nd meal will be Ham Hocks & Smoked Turkey Necks cooked Slow all day till tender.
