Here’s what I’ve been up to…. my longest FAST in a while!! Going for 96…. But feeling 100 Hours is very possible. Thank you Alice for your support & encouragement. This has not been difficult & I think that’s because I was already LCHF for a long time. BUT…..Before joining Dr. Tro, I was having such a difficult time doing what I’ve been doing for years. I knew what to do I just found it so hard to get through my slump. I decided I deserved some HELP!! Get help when you need it.🍳🥩💪🏽🤗
