Happy Fabulous Friday, all! Down to three days left of volunteering at the fair. Elvis was a huge hit yesterday! Before I left the house yesterday, I made a bacon/cheese omelette topped with home-canned salsa. Decided I already had the pan out, so made another omelette to take for linner while volunteering (along with some yogurt and frozen blueberries). Our freezer meal stashes are quickly dwindling, so big batch cooks are coming up on Monday to restock. What are your ideas for ground turkey meat? I am for sure doing egg roll in a bowl, mixing some with ground beef for meatballs and zesty “taco” meat. Curious if anyone has more ideas? Would love to hear them!
