Good morning, beautifuls!!! Checking in mid-week! Four days left of volunteering at the fair! Switched out my shoes to my treadmill shoes for gate walking and have completely trashed them, but my feet feel much better after each volunteer day. Hashtag — shoes matter! 👏 Been keeping up on my daily resistance training and 5x5’s, also. I did reduce the dancing between sets to quicken the training time, but it is working out. Been eating before I leave the house (yesterday was gooey eggs, taco seasoned ground beef, and some home-canned salsa) and I am bringing my lunch/dinner (yesterday was Anna’s meatballs with homemade red sauce, the A2 yogurt, and frozen blueberries). Reminding myself every single volunteer day that I am not working this hard on resistance bands to (a) stop for the fair and (b) blow it on fair food. I am bringing LMNT packets and there is plenty of free cold water for the volunteers (learned my plain water vs electrolyte water lesson on the huge step/sweaty days … feet cramps are no fun). Today is canned food entry day, so going to be crazy busy! Wish me luck! 😅
