#thriveinjuly Week 5 *I love participating in the challenges but even more I really enjoy seeing how others are doing! I get so many good ideas and great strategies just by reading others posts. This community is so special and I appreciate everyone in it on so many levels. You are all my people, My Tribe. ❤️ *I attached a picture of my CGM results for the month. The trend was good, all within range & none of the bumps were from food. All the bumps were exercise, cooking, cleaning or doing my hair (washing, drying, styling…) Go figure…🤷‍♀️ *Since I’m not at home and won’t be there for another week I’ll update my weight & measurements then. Typically my weight these days is stable and only fluctuates a couple of pounds either way. It doesn’t change much whether I eat 3 meals a day or fast longer at times. That’s not something I experienced my entire life so it often still blows my mind a little that with this way of life I now am at a point of NOT actively trying to lose weight anymore. I’m just working to stay healthy now (still takes work though!) *My NSV happened last week when the girls here went for some retail therapy. We were looking in the junior section for my granddaughter and I saw a couple of pairs of jeans that i thought were so adorable. When I realized they were a junior size though I was going to put them back cuz well, they’re a junior size, for young’uns! My granddaughter said, “Mimi, THOSE will fit your little butt! Put ‘em in the cart!” I have NEVER considered my butt little!! 😂 And both pairs fit perfectly! Size 6 juniors. Pretty sure I never wore that size anytime after toddlerhood! It felt like an amazing reward for a lot of hard work… ❤️❤️❤️
