#thriveinjuly - Weekly recap: 5x5’s done all week! Woot woot! Nailed my planned resistance bands workouts, too! I am determined to get to 1 min X 4 with heavy loop band for wall squats. So far, at 40 seconds. First day of gate running at the fair in the books … almost 19k steps today. Love this year’s fair theme! “Dietitian’s Dilemma” book arrived just in time to take with me for down times. And, my lunch bag worked like a charm!
