My normal eating "window" is from approx. 10am-2pm, fasting daily ~21hrs. Today was an intentional,unintentional longer fast due to work obligations. Did my normal early a.m. fasted workout using cold brew coffee as a pre-workout drink - (core,weights,H.I.I.T.) Had a cup of de-caf coffee about 1030am. Broke the fast after 3pm today with 1 1/2tsps of raw sprouted non-gmo oatmeal (Self-Experiment). Then had some chicken broth with some "dicon" (fibrous veggie) in it. The main meal was steak bits with a little more dicon (had 2nds on the steak). Finished off with frozen homemade "keto" Yogurt bark,Yogurt on the side drizzled with a slight amount of Birchbenders Magic Syrup (Classic Maple). Eating window officially closed now at 4:35pm. Twas a good day👍
