#thriveinjuly week 4 ~While on vacation have asked for help via Amy on two diff occasion Breakfast meal/ & something before I eat so I am more satiated when I eat main meal ~everyday this week I have absolutely gone to bed much earlier than normally do ~phone able to put down easily as we were busy all day ~I actually can say I had NO stress this week, how could I? Grandkids,Swimming, boating, mountains, oh for this week I will cherish cuz stress is waiting for me right around the corner Tho I exercised it wasn’t for stress but I do use it for that ~chose to not eat one meal on some days (like a boating day, 7 hours on the water) & our meals were later than I ever eat & was able to stretch an hour that’s the best I did this week 4
