Been trying to find “cheaper” cuts of fatty meat since I’m almost eating exclusively carnivore now-a-days. This is the “poor man’s ribeye,” or chuck eye steak. It comes from the rib in front of where the ribeyes come from, so it’s pretty much a ribeye. Only $7.50/pound! What are your favorite cheaper fatty cuts of meat?
