#thriveinjuly Accountability Post Monday: Longer HIIT workout to start the week. Mixed with a little strength training and an after dinner walk/jog in place (30 sec each) video. Tuesday: HIIT & some TUT strength. Planned after dinner some-kind-of-movement! (Ended up doing the 10 min walk/jog video again.) Wednesday: Heading out to Whiskeytown Lake later today. Got in 40 minutes of some cardio with a couple of videos this morning. Walking will come later this evening. 👍 Thursday: Hmmm not sure just yet. May take an off day. May do a workout later. We’ll see what shakes out! Does retail therapy at the mall count as working out….? 😉🙃☺️💸 *Ended up pretty much taking the day off except for the 10 min walk/jog video after I ate dinner. Really nice & relaxing day for the 3 girls (daughter, granddaughter & me!) Friday: Did 2 different HIIT workouts to make up a little for skipping the day before and my after dinner walk. Saturday: Strength Training TUT style & some standing core work. After dinner walk also. Sunday: Different HIIT workout this morning. I liked it! 8 different rounds of different exercises twice. Gave my brain a workout too! 🤪 Also a couple of short boxing videos. My arms are sore! Will add an after dinner walk later.
