My #thriveinjuly challenge update. I have got consistant with the activity by stringing bands around the house so they're not out of sight and out of mind. Lost 2 pounds, lost 1" around waist and 1" around chest. Gained 2" in legs. Going to shoot for putting my phone away one hour a day the rest of the week and trying to come up with some stress relief strategies
