Focusing on consistency as July nears to an end. This challenge has forced me to look at my current fitness, stress reduction strategies, and food issues and make conscious, daily improvements in it all. One aspect I am working is daily strength training and daily cardio. Doing incline treadmill workouts- trying to do daily along with strength training. Progress over perfection. This goes along with stress reduction techniques. For me, exercise is key to keeping my stress levels and food issues at a minimum.
