I am disappointed in myself this week. I normally don’t get hungry. But lately, since I have been trying to “participate” in this challenge, I have been thinking about food all the time and get so hungry before dinner. My husband was so surprised when I asked to eat dinner earlier than our usual. So I managed to close the gap by 1 hour by having a meal that we didn’t have to cook. We grilled half a turkey the night before so had leftover turkey, lettuce, avocado wraps in low carb tortillas. Still need to skip those tortillas in case the manufacturer is fibbing about the carb content. (#thriveinjuly, not quite)
