Random Friday thought… Was perusing through social media this morning and came across this Rupa Health post. Of course, I clicked on it…I mean, sleep tips…why not! Most of the tips were your typical dark room, magnesium, reading, meditation & the usual but there was one response that caught my 👁️. Vitamin G. It’s not like I don’t know what Vit. G is either! We’ve talked about it, we’ve all written about it & listened to podcasts about it too! But still… This suggestion seems simple, not sure why I didn’t think of it myself (to be very open & honest probably because I’m not your traditional pray-ER.) Instead of listening to someone else talk to me or music to clear my mind (which most of the time doesn’t work well for me) I think I’ll try this technique of mentally (or out loud, I suppose) thanking the universe for all the things. Giving my random and racing thoughts an actual direction may just be a really good thing for me. Not gonna lie though….thanking the universe for the coffee pot made me chuckle. I’m right there with ya, m’am….🫶🤗
