I messed up my knee a bit, it might have been the 2 hour crazy tennis day last week. It hasn’t been the same since then. Today it was really barking at me, so after tennis today I iced it, on and off for an hour. I will try to rest if for a few days. It will be good as it will force me to get back to lifting. I will concentrate on upper body … I usually make any excuse to avoid the weights. I don’t know why, I love to lift but it is always on the bottom of the to do list!! I am putting it in the top for the next week or so!! 💪🏻 That silly knee won’t stop me!! 🤪 I hope everyone is enjoying getting it done!!
