Today’s breakfast at 11:11 AM. Yesterday’s dinner at 9:09 PM. This is typical. I really need to tighten my eating window by eating dinner before dark. Also, I had coffee with a splash of cream before breakfast, ~9 AM. But I have resisted snacking most days this week, even when my husband brings out his chips, bagels, croissants (that’s what he’s tempting me with this week). #thriveinjuly
