This weeks #thriveinjuly update… Snacking is better this week, have resisted the low carb treats and nuts that are plenty in the cabinets right now. Have opted for cucumbers, peppers and pickles. Sleep has been good but last night no as good but overall feel rested. Walks have fallen off because of air quality and rain but band workouts been there still and started transitioning back to weights. I noticed that my sleep numbers declined when my walking went down, interested to see if the go back up when resumed.
