My fasting schedule alternates and I think truly is key for me to have success. Some days I eat earlier and stop eating much earlier in the day than I normally would. Eating later in the day works better for my weekend schedule and I am more relaxed on the weekend so stress eating is not usually an issue. I had an epiphany with this weeks challenge. I realized I am a grazer so this no snacking challenge is an eye opener. I think I have done low calorie and tracked food with my fitness pal for long in my life that I am afraid to eat until I am full. So I am eating all day without realizing it and that contributes to my problem. Working on limiting my meals, sitting down for my meals -such a bad habit but I stand all the time walking around eating because I am so “busy” -and eating enough at these meals that I am not snacking. Fasting earlier in the day after my last meal is hard but it keeps me from the late night cravings during the week.
