#thriveinjuly Oh yes I am… thriving’ in July, well mostly anyway…😂 Monday- Did a HIIT workout, a strength training workout & took walks after both meals! 🚶♀️🚶♀️🚶♀️ Tuesday- Got a cardio workout in & a TUT strength workout done. 3-30 sec rounds of deadlift squats (10 lb weights.) My plan is a walk on the treadmill after dinner too. I’ll update that if it doesn’t happen…(but it will!) 😂 Wednesday- Truly an off day and it was glorious not worrying about what I was or wasn’t getting done. My Oura ring had been nagging me for days to take a break because of my problematic sleep scores so I did and was rewarded with a higher sleep & readiness score than I’ve had in a few weeks. 👏👏👏 Thursday- Back at it today. Did some walking this morning as a warm up, a sweaty HIIT workout & the TUT strength video that I enjoy. Added some modified “dresser” pushups & deadlift squats too. Feeling accomplished today! Added an after dinner walk tonight. 👍 Finishing up posting for last week! Friday was a walking only day! It was my SIL’s birthday and we all had afternoon & dinner plans that extended into the evening. Couple miles, nothing crazy but still moving! Saturday- No organized workouts today. Busy doing all the things to get ready to leave for 2 weeks. Just heading to my other kiddos house! Laundry, packing, UNpacking just to repack less stuff, gathering essentials and trying to be ready for relaxing & in bed early (alarm set for 3:30 AM! 🤦♀️) Sunday- Travel Day! No organized workouts today either. I’ll be back at it tomorrow. 👍👍
