1) Do you eat Mayo? The only Mayo I like is the original formulation of Hellman’s aka Best Foods. But it is made with seed oils. Does anybody make any exceptions? Or do you never add extra fat to your food anyway? 2) I found a figure from Maria Emmerich showing the different protein and fat contents of different cuts of meats. She recommends eating the cuts with less fat, like tenderloin, rather than the cuts with more fat, like ribeye. Do you avoid eating fatty cuts of meat? Do you avoid eating the visible fat? Thanks for your input.
