#thriveinjuly Week 3 1)To post an update today I played tennis with my super mom tennis team. We started at 11 on the hot and humid summer day at out door local high school tennis courts and we didn’t stop till 1!! The best part was they stopped and I was still ready to go!! NSV!!! 9765 Steps by the end. 11507 now and it’s only 3 yippee. 2 )Holding off the first meal of the day.. I did it all the above fasted and I having my first meal now. Steak, a small handful of cherries off my tree, a few oil cured olives and 1 oz strawberry white Stilton cheese from Trader Joe’s AND 3 quarts of water!!!! 😅💦 So that’s 2 of the week 3 list.
