#thriveinjuly What's going well: My blood sugars are improving. More time spent around 100. My pants are a little looser. Total number of steps per day improving. 5 out of 7 days I got 9000 or more steps. Needs improvement: I need to watch the volume of food I'm eating. I ate too much at dinner yesterday and I woke up at 3 am and my heart was beating faster and harder than normal. The food I ate was keto but overeating is a long established pattern. I have been delaying my first meal until after noon. I have been experiencing hunger before my meal but since I'm in ketosis it's easy to wait. Bottom line is I'm feeling really good.
