#thriveinjuly July mid mark ✔️: Smashed the 5x5’s each day and started adding more weight for the squats. Push-ups are still modified, but I am pushing myself to do lower and lower. Learned yesterday that selecting “run” on Fitbit if you are doing a jog on a treadmill is not the best way to track. Lol 😂 oops. Sheet printed for the back half of July and workouts planned. Hubs is gone Monday-Sunday this week, so really going to dial in the reading before bed (phone on focus from 6-9 PM). Our library is closed for renovations, but there is a non-profit used book store I am going to hit up. Kiddo and some of his cross country teammates participated in the great bath tub race this weekend and THEY WON!! Woot woot!! Jimmy is in the blue shirt. So proud of these kiddos! Great group!
