Week 3 #thriveinjuly Going well: -food -food prep (2 weeks w/no grocery store visits and going strong for this week coming up too! -exercise *slowly adding more weight to my resistance workouts & upping the intensity of my HIIT workouts **Surprisingly finding that even on the days that I decide to take a day off of planned exercise I find myself WANTING to take some time to do a video or two of some kind of workout! Needs Improvement: -Good sleep is a daily struggle especially with summertime here. I know I sleep much better in the fall & winter so I’m really just doing the best I can and working on not letting it stress me out. -Managing Stress *My daughter goes back to work today after a month-long vacation. With that is most probably some stressful times ahead for a bit. One day at a time. 🧘🙏
