My #thriveinjuly update: Measurements are all over the place, some areas down, others are down or up a little. Sleep has been off for some reason. The positive things are I have been constant on my band workouts and walking, I’m feeling a little stronger each week. This week I’m planning on eliminating the snacking and tightening up my eating window. Can’t wait to see everyone’s first meal of the day pics!
